Standalone Meta AI website now available in the Philippines
Meta AI, previously accessed on the Facebook Messenger, can now be accessed at a separate website.
MANILA, Philippines — Meta AI, an artificial intelligence platform developed by the Facebook company Meta, has been made available in the Philippines as a standalone website on Wednesday, April 23, 2025. The renowned AI platform from the social media giant can now be accessed on www.meta.ai.
Meta AI was initially launched as an integrated feature on the Facebook app, particularly on Messenger, which has allowed people to use the AI within their personal spaces, including private conversations. Meanwhile, the AI platform utilizes the Facebook algorithm on the social media app with prompt suggestions that let users summarize posts within the platform.

While the Meta AI website has been made available in the country, it can still be accessed on Messenger. The website features a layout similar to other prominent AI players in the industry — a dark interface, search suggestions, and image attachments. There is also the ability to switch to different AI models per session, and the website can be used without a Meta account.
The website launch, not to be confused with ai.meta.com, has made the AI platform more accessible locally, although information on the global rollout is still unknown.
