vivo is set to launch the brand's newest mid-range offering in the country late February.
MANILA, Philippines — Smartphone brand vivo confirms the release window of the brand's upcoming vivo V50 smartphone in the Philippines in a press release sent to androidist on Monday, February 24, 2025.
vivo V50 releases February 27 in PH
According to the press release, the vivo V50 smartphone is said to arrive in the Philippines on Thursday, February 27, 2025, 'all dressed in a striking, luxurious, and radiant Ancora Red colorway'. The upcoming smartphone from vivo highlights the Ancora Red colorway which symbolizes passion and power according to the brand.

Aside from Ancora Red being the device's primary colorway, the vivo V50 will also feature photography capabilities from renowned camera brand ZEISS with a 50MP group selfie camera, a 50MP ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP OIS main camera — all three under the ZEISS imprint.
Additionally, the vivo V50 will come with a 6,000mAh battery that charges at 90W.

As the release date nears, vivo holds a 'Bring Me Color Red with vivo V50' event for fans to participate.
vivo encourages its fans to submit their entries on https://bit.ly/vivoBringMeColorRED until February 27 at 11:59 PM.
One winner will receive a Gucci lipstick in Rosso Ancora shade, which complements the color of the vivo V50.
