The smartphone maker expands its Note family in the country.
MANILA, Philippines — Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi has announced the arrival of the Redmi Note 14 series — the brand's newest additions to the Redmi Note lineup — into the Philippines via an online event on Wednesday, January 15, 2025. The new series from the Chinese sub-brand comprises of the Redmi Note 14 4G, Redmi Note 14 5G, Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G, and Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G in which the four features AMOLED displays, big batteries, and the latest Xiaomi HyperOS.

Powering the Note 14 4G is a 6nm MediaTek Helio G99-Ultra processor, paired by 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM with either 128GB or 256GB of storage. It has a 5,500mAh inside with 33W charging and runs on the latest Xiaomi HyperOS.

Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G
The Redmi Note 14 Pro has a distinctive, squircle-like camera design around a two-toned color motif. It features a 6.67-inch display in a curved AMOLED panel. It has a resolution of 2712 x 1220 and supports 120Hz refresh rate. The display is backed by the Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for toughness.

Around the back is a triple-camera setup consisting of 200MP main with OIS, 8MP ultra-wide, and 2MP macro lenses. Meanwhile, it still uses the same 20MP sensor for the front-facing camera.
Underneath the Note 14 Pro is the 4nm Dimensity 7300-Ultra chipset with 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and either 256GB or 512GB of UFS 2.2 storage. It has a 5,110mAh battery inside that charges at 45W charging and the phone runs on Xiaomi HyperOS.

The centerpiece of the Note 14 lineup is the Redmi Note 14 Pro+. It features a similar camera design from the Note 14 Pro but with a different color aesthetic. It features the same 6.67-inch curved AMOLED display with 2712 x 1220 resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, but opts for a tougher Gorilla Glass Victus 2.

Inside the Note 14 Pro+ 5G is the 4nm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor with 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 2.2 storage with a 5,110mAh battery that charges at 120W. For cameras, it equips the triple-camera setup on the back: 200MP main with OIS, 8MP ultra-wide, and 2MP macro, while it has a 20MP camera on the front.
