Manila, Philippines — HONOR Philippines, along with Globe, brings the Magic V3 — the smartphone maker's newest foldable — into the country on Wednesday, November 20 at an event held at the Cork Wine Bar & Shop in BGC, Taguig. The partnership between the smartphone brand and the telecom company makes the foldable available through flexible postpaid plans from Globe.

Magic V3, the newest foldable from the smartphone brand, is said to be the world's thinnest foldable weighing 226 grams with a thickness of 9.2 millimeters. Compared to its predecessor, the Magic V3 comes with enhanced durability thanks to its robust materials comprising 19 innovative materials and 114 microstructures. The Magic V3 can also withstand up to 500,000 folding cycles thanks to its HONOR Super Steel Hinge and SGS Durability Certification. Meanwhile, the camera module resembles a diamond cut which embraces elegance and adds sleekness to the device's appearance.

The display of the Magic V3 measures 7.92-inches in full and 6.43-inches when folded, with eye-comfort features such as the AI Defocus Display technology, 4320Hz Risk-free PWM Dimming, Dynamic Dimming, Circadian Night Display, and Natural Tone Display. Underneath the foldable is a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, backed by 12GB of RAM, 512GB of storage, and a 5,150mAh battery with 66W and 50W for wired and wireless charging.

In terms of cameras, the Magic V3 offers a triple-camera setup located at the back comprising of 50MP periscope, 50MP main, and 40MP ultra-wide sensors with a 20MP sensor at the front. The device also offers AI-enabled photography features such as the HONOR AI Motion Sensing for lightning-fast shots, and HONOR AI Portrait Engine for portrait enhancement. Meanwhile, the foldable also supports HONOR AI Eraser, Face to Face Translation, and other translation tools powered by Google Cloud.

The HONOR Magic V3, available in Green and Black, is available in 12GB + 12GB virtual: 24GB + 512GB configuration and is priced at PHP 89,999 (~roughly US $1,527). The foldable, in partnership with Globe, is also available via Globe Postpaid Plans starting at GPlan Plus 17999 with a FREE HONOR Pad X9 worth PHP 9,999 (~roughly US $170).
