Nokia C23 with Android 13 and IP52 rating arrives in the Philippines
Nokia C23, HMD Global's latest entry to the budget-friendly C series, has recently made its way to the Philippines and now open sales have started in the country. It is an entry-level smartphone with an elegant design, water splash rating and dust resistance, and a big battery.

Inside the entry-level handset is a UNISOC SC9863A octa-core processor clocked at 1.6 GHz with PowerVR GE8322 GPU. The chipset is paired with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM + 3GB virtual RAM, 128GB of onboard storage with a microSD slot, and a 5,000mAh battery that charges at 10W through a USB-C port.
The Nokia C32 carries a price tag of PHP 5,490 for the 4GB + 128GB model. It comes in two colors, ranging from Charcoal to Autumn Green and is now available in authorized Nokia stores nationwide.
