Vivo has announced the arrival of its latest entry-level handset in the country. Meet — the Y02s, a new trendsetter in the ultra-budget segment. It offers an enormous screen, and a big battery, and runs on Android 12.

Astonishing design with vibrant colors.

For starters, the Vivo Y02s sports a 6.51-inch IPS LCD display in 1600 x 720 resolution. It has a waterdrop notch for the 5MP selfie camera, as well as an 8MP sensor on the rear housed in a rectangular camera bump with an LED flash.

Powering the new entry-level handset from Vivo is the Helio P35 chipset, aided by 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage with a microSD slot expandable for up to 1TB. Aside from that, the phone packs a big 5,000mAh battery that charges at 10W through USB-C and runs on Android 12-based Funtouch OS 12 on the software side.

Pricing & Availability

The Vivo Y02s comes in Vibrant Blue and Fluorite Black colors and is priced at PHP 6,499 for the base 3GB + 32GB trim. It will be available in stores nationwide starting August 20.
