Chinese phone maker Vivo has announced its latest installment yet in Thailand and it is the Y30 5G. It is a budget smartphone featuring a Dimensity 700 chip, with a 50MP dual-camera setup and a 5,000mAh battery.

The Vivo Y30 5G sports an enormous 6.51-inch HD+ display in an IPS LCD panel. It has a waterdrop notch for the 8MP selfie snapper and comes equipped with a 50MP dual-camera setup alongside a 2MP macro sensor.

The handset carries a 5,000mAh battery that charges at 10W charging inside and runs on Funtouch OS 12 based on Android 12. Performance-wise, the phone uses a Dimensity 700 chipset that comes with 5G connectivity that is coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

It also has a dedicated microSD slot for further expansion and a virtual RAM up to 2GB. Other key features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C port.

Pricing & Availability

The Vivo Y30 5G is available in Starlight Black and Rainbow Fantasy colors and comes with a price tag of THB 8,699 (~roughly PHP 13.1K).
