OPPO earlier today has announced the launch of OPPO A55 4G in India. It highlights the 50MP triple-camera setup, Helio G35 processor, and a 5,000mAh battery.

The OPPO A55 4G is built around a wide 6.51-inch HD+ display. It has support for a 70 percent NTSC color gamut and comes with a 60Hz refresh rate, a 120Hz touch response rate, and NEG T2X glass protection.

Under the hood, the handset is powered by a MediaTek Helio G35 processor. The chip is supplied with up to 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of expandable storage. It also runs on Android 11-based ColorOS 11.1 with System Booster out-of-the-box. Other than that, it comes with support for Bluetooth 5.0 with aptX and LDAC. Wi-Fi 5 (ac) is also supported.

Camera-wise, the OPPO A55 4G equips a row of three cameras at the back. The triple-camera setup consists of a 50MP primary, 2MP bokeh, and 2MP macro sensors. On the front, you get a 16MP selfie shooter housed in a punch-hole cut-out on the upper-left edge of the screen.

Furthermore, the OPPO A55 4G carries a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging tech. It comes in two flavors, the 4/64GB model retails for INR 15,500 (~roughly PHP 11K) while the 6/128GB one sells out for INR 17,500 (~roughly PHP 12K) and is now available in India.
